LIDO Shoes manages men’s footwear development from material and construction confirmation through cutting, upper preparation, assembly, finishing, inspection and packing. Samples for standard constructions and materials are typically ready within 10 days. New lasts, special materials, and complex developments may take longer. The approved sample, project specification and agreed quality checkpoints guide the transition from development to bulk production.
